THE INCIDENT

I have an account with Edgars and i had an account protection package included. I got retrenched from my company and fell in arrears. Edgars contacted me and asked me what the problem was, i then told them and faxed the retrenchment letter through. I never heard from them and presumed that the account was sorted out. Now someone phones to say i must pay 300 a month. What about my account protection and my retrenchment letter. Please can someone look into this and let me know what is going on asap.
